Shipping Policy

DuskMarket ships from overseas suppliers. The destinations and shipping rates available to you are shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 10-18 days from the date you order. Order by October 10 and your Halloween items should arrive in time for Halloween. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, and seasonal demand can make some orders take longer.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email you the tracking details once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update after your order leaves the warehouse.

Multiple items
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for
